JOB SUMMARY: This position is located in the Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) Department, Naval Air Station Jacksonville, Florida. As Operations Manager, the incumbent assists the MWR Director in all phases of administration and delivery of the MWR Program. The MWR program provides mission essential leisure time activities to approximately 20,000 active duty military and their dependents, a retired population of over 65,000 and approximately 2,300 civilian employees.
